Guru adalah Pembelajar Sejati, sebab
dengan mengajar, guru belajar
dan dengan belajar, guru bisa mengajar



Dan, untuk bisa mengajar dengan idealisme mulia seperti itu guru harus benar-benar banyak belajar. Belajar segala hal yang akan mematangkan dirinya sebagai guru. Belajar mengenal diri sendiri, belajar menyayangi dan mengerti orang lain, belajar tentang materi dan metodologi. Belajar segala hal.

Bila guru menghentikan diri dari belajar, sesungguhnya ia pun sedang menghentikan diri dari kepantasan mengajar
