Buktinya, produktivitas kita tak sebanding dengan keleluasaan waktu yang Allah berikan. Bukti yang lain, kita lebih sering menyesali keterlambatan dan kekurangcermatan. Bukti yang lain lagi, ayo list sendiri oleh Anda....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="fullpost"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Rasulullah adalah sosok orang paling sukses dalam hal manajemen waktu. Berikut ini adalah tiga tips manajemen waktu yang terinspirasi oleh hadits Rasulullah saw seperti yang diriwayatkan oleh Ibn Umar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Milikilah mentalitas pengembara atau perantau. Jalanilah waktu seolah-olah Anda seorang asing yang sedang merantau. Waktu Anda begitu terbatas. Anda berada di tempat orang lain, harus segera pulang dengan membawa kabar baik dan oleh-oleh yang menyenangkan buat keluarga. Hidup adalah merantau meskipun dari lahir sampai mati tak beranjak dari kampung halaman sendiri.&lt;br /&gt;2. Milikilah sikap penyebrang jalan. Anda harus menyebrang untuk segera melanjutkan perjalanan. Mata Anda harus selalu waspada lihat kiri kanan. Pendengaran ANda harus siaga menangkap arah suara kendaraan. Begitu jalanan lengang, segera menyebrang, waktu Anda sangat singkat. Terlambat sebentar saja, kesempatan itu hilang, Anda tidak bisa menyebrang, atau malah celaka tertabrak kendaraan.&lt;br /&gt;3. Jangan pernah menunda-nunda pekerjaan. Pekerjaan sore hari, selesaikan di sore hari. Pekerjaan pagi selesaikan pagi hari. Tidak ada sore dan pagi yang sama dalam satu hari.&lt;br /&gt;4. Manfaatkan kesempatan sekecil apa pun untuk kebaikan. Maukah ANda menjadi orang yang saat sakit saat tua, hanya terdiam lemah tapi pahala kebaikan mengunjungi Anda tiapa saat. Seperti pensiunan, yang karena kerja kerasnya saat masih aktif, dia tinggal menunggu gaji tiap bulan tanpa kerja lagi. In the implementation, spirituality can be combined synergyly with the &lt;span style=""&gt; &lt;/span&gt;religiousity without any reduction to the universality and transcendency of spirituality itself. This conclusion rebut the opinion of Larry P. Nucci, Darcia Narvaez, and Thomas Lickona (2008) who rejected the integration of character education with religious education, opinion of Suzanne Ruthven and Aeron Medbh Mara (2001) who states that spirituality must be neutral of any religious teachings, and opinions of moral relativists who assert &lt;span style=""&gt; &lt;/span&gt;the absence of absolute moral foundation in character building. Conversely, this conclusion supports the thesis of Andrew Wright, Ralph G. Chamberlin, and Rachael Kessler about significance of spirituality in character education that can be entered and integrated with the religious education during the universality and transendensinya still awake. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1cm;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,&amp;quot;serif&amp;quot;;"&gt;The conclusion is built with the argument that &lt;i&gt;Asmâ Allâh al-Husnâ &lt;span style=""&gt;               &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;(The Best Names of God) as Islamic spiritualism representatition can be a source of core ethical values that rise universal characters that compatible with the teachings of other religions such as Christianity and Buddhism. Also strengthened with the findings that the positive characters formulated and proposed in various perspective with culture and religion difference, originate from The Best Names of God. The research results also show that only twenty-nine names of the ninety-nine names of God, can be adopted into the moral character and then grouped into ten main characters, namely: love, care, tolerant, peaceful and safe, responsive, defend the truth , fair, innovative, intelligent, and kind to parents. In regard to the method of character education, this thesis shows that the three adoption methods &lt;span style=""&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt; &lt;/span&gt;of God traits: &lt;i&gt;mukâsyafah, musyâhadah&lt;/i&gt;, and &lt;i&gt;muqârabah&lt;/i&gt;, have the same spirit with &lt;i&gt;tahaqquq, ta'alluq, takhalluq&lt;/i&gt; and compatible with the three basic elements of character education: moral knowing, moral feeling, and moral doing. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1cm;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,&amp;quot;serif&amp;quot;;"&gt;This research is a qualitative research. Dan...ini tidaklah sulit, cukup guru mempengaruhi dan mengajak murid-muridnya. dan bila setiap murid mampu mengajak 2 orang temannya, maka sama dengan 27 juta x 2 = 54 juta. Belum lagi ditambah dengan 1 juta masyarakat yang peduli guru dan pendidikan.&lt;br /&gt;Waw...bayangkan siapakah yang akan jadi pemenang PEMILU 2009???&lt;br /&gt;PARTAI GURU INDONESIA,kan???&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mimpi di atas sesungguhnya menunjukkan betapa dahsyatnya kekuatan guru seandainya mereka bersatu dalam sebuah kekuatan yang kompak. Bukan hanya itu, mereka pun kompak bahwa semua langkah dan perjuangannnya hanya untuk pendidikan. PENDAHULUAN&lt;br /&gt;Pergulatan pemikiran yang selalu mengiringi perjalanan negara ini tak pernah bisa melepaskan diri dari perdebatan seputar relasi agama dan negara. Semenjak Indonesia merdeka, perdebatan ideologis menyangkut relasi tersebut mengemuka dengan cukup sengit. Setelah disepakati Pancasila dan UUD 45 sebagai dasar negara, perdebatan itu mewarnai juga produk-produk hukum yang lahir sebagai kebijakan politik negara. Undang-Undang tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional adalah produk kebijakan tersebut yang sensitif dengan isu-isu sikap agama. Karenanya, semenjak lahirnya Undang-Undang Nomor 4 Tahun 1950 sebagai Undang-Undang pertama yang mengatur Pendidikan Nasional, isu pendidikan agama –sebagai refleksi sikap pemerintah terhadap agama- menjadi diskusi dan perdebatan yang terus belanjut sampai lahirnya Undang-Undang Nomor 2 tahun 1989 dan –untuk saat ini- berakhir dengan diundangkannya Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="fullpost"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Makalah ini secara khusus akan menganalisa posisi pendidikan Islam baik secara kelembagaan maupun secara normatif menyangkut nilai-nilai dan prinsip-prinsip pendidikan Islam melalui analisa terhadap pendidikan keagamaan dan pendidikan agama dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 20 tahun 2003. Analisa terhadapnya akan dilakukan dengan pendekatan content analysis.  Yang dengan cara membaca secara seksama naskah Undang-Undang tersebut plus Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 55 Tahun 2007 sebagai pedoman pelaksanaan pendidikan agama dan pendidikan keagamaan, untuk melacak pernyataan-pernyataan yang menyiratkan atau menegaskan concern Undang-Undang ini terhadap pendidikan agama maupun pendidikan keagamaan. Hasil pelacakan tersebut kemudian dikritisi dengan teori dan pandangan para pakar tentang pendidikan Islam, dan dikonfirmasikan dengan fakta pelaksanaan pendidikan Islam dalam tataran empirik.  &lt;br /&gt;Kesimpulan yang dapat ditarik dari analisa tersebut adalah  concern pemerintah yang sangat tinggi terhadap pendidikan agama dan keagamaan. Konsep yang ideal tentang pendidikan agama dan keagamaan dalam Undang-Undang dan Peraturan Pemerintah  tersebut ikut menopang dan menguatkan pendidikan Islam untuk banyak memberikan andil dalam menyukseskan pendidikan nasional. Untuk menyimpulkannya penulis menggunakan istilah religiusitas.  Sayangnya, secara faktual dan empirik, concern dan konsep ideal tersebut belum mewujud menjadi kenyataan. Si A selalu mendapat nilai 9 dalam pelajaran Matematika. Ia juga terpilih sebagai peserta olimpiade. Ia kurang menyenangi pelajaran IPS dan Agama. &lt;br /&gt;2. Si B tidak pernah mendapat nilai lebih dari 6 dalam pelajaran Sains (Matematika dan IPA). Ia sangat menyenangi pelajaran Agama. Pada waktu istirahat dialah orang pertama masuk mesjid untuk shalat Dluha.   &lt;br /&gt;3. Si C terampil bermain basket dan sepak bola. Ia terpilih sebagai Kapten Kesebelasan dan menjadi Top Scorrer. Hampir di semua pelajaran ia selalu masuk daftar remedial&lt;br /&gt;4. Si D terpilih sebagai vokalis dalam sebuah grup musik di sekolah. Dalam kegiatan belajar di kelas ia biasa-biasa saja. Rangkingnya adalah 15 dari 30 siswa.&lt;br /&gt;5. Si E tidak pernah terlihat aktif bertanya ataupun menjawab di kelas. Bila temannya ada yang memiliki masalah atau ada yang berantem, dia lah teman curhat yang paling disukai. &lt;br /&gt;6. Si F selalu membawa buku cerpen, komik, atau novel ke dalam kelas. Seringkali ia ditegur oleh guru karena ketahuan membaca buku-buku tersebut saat belajar. Di buku hariannya ia memiliki 10 cerpen yang menyentuh perasaan dan 20 puisi yang indah. &lt;br /&gt;7. Si G selalu mendapat nilai terkecil dalam semua pelajaran. Dalam tiap bulannya selalu saja ada 1 hari tercatat dia tidak masuk kelas tanpa alasan yang jelas. Dia adalah satu-satunya siswa yang bisa mengendarai mobil. &lt;br /&gt;8. Si H selalu tidak bergairah belajar di kelas dalam semua pelajaran. Dalam kegiatan ekskul dia adalah ketua PMR. Dia terampil melakukan P3K. &lt;br /&gt;9. Pelajaran favorit si I adalah IPS. Ia ingin menjadi ahli ekonomi katanya. Nilai IPS nya ternyata paling besar mengalahkan temannya yang rangking 1, walaupun ia sendiri tidak masuk 10 besar. &lt;br /&gt;10. Dalam rapat kenaikan kelas, si J hampir diputuskan tidak naik kelas karena kebanyakan nilainya yang tidak mencapai KKM. Ia jarang masuk kelas. Ia sering mendapat panggilan pidato dan membaca              al-Qur’an atau mengikuti perlombaannya. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ada tiga kemungkinan jawaban yang Anda berikan&lt;br /&gt;1. Anda memilih salah satu dari 10 siswa tersebut&lt;br /&gt;2. Anda kebingungan memilihnya&lt;br /&gt;3. Anda memilih semuanya sebagai anak cerdas&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1&lt;br /&gt;Bila kemungkinan pertama yang Anda pilih, maka&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="fullpost"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anda adalah seorang guru yang menganggap kebanyakan atau mayoritas siswa Anda adalah anak-anak yang kurang cerdas, tidak cerdas, atau bahkan bodoh. Dengan jawaban yang Anda pilih itu Anda sedang mengatakan bahwa kecerdasan hanya milik sebagian kecil siswa, sementara siswa lainnya tidak. Bayangkan bila ini adalah benar-benar persepsi dan pilihan Anda! Lalu dari mulut Anda pun sangat mudah meluncur vonis “ketidakcerdasan dan kebodohan” untuk mayoritas siswa Anda. Anda pun mungkin kurang semangat mengajar karena menurut Anda kebanyakan siswa di sekolah atau kelas yang Anda ajar tidak cerdas. Hanya dengan siswa yang Anda nilai cerdas lah Anda bersimpati dan berempati. Bersikap ramah, murah senyum, selalu menyapa, dan 1001 kemurahhatian lainnya. Sedangkan untuk siswa lain yang tidak cerdas itu, Anda suguhkan sikap-sikap sebaliknya! Lebih parah lagi bila label dan stempel “ketidakcerdasan” yang Anda berikan itu kepada mayoritas siswa itu mempengaruhi pikiran mereka, dan kemudian menjadi konsep diri mereka. Mereka pun akhirnya menilai diri mereka tidak cerdas, tidak mampu, dan cap negatif lainnya. Akibatnya, dalam kegiatan belajar di kelas mereka belajar tanpa semangat, minder, kurang motivasi. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Itulah yang sangat mungkin terjadi bila Anda hanya memilih satu siswa sebagai siswa cerdas. Kecerdasan bagi Anda adalah tunggal dan tidak berhak dimiliki oleh semua siswa Anda (kasihan sekali mereka, ya). Tulisan ini tidak mengada-ada. Tapi mari kita jujur –walau pun sangat pahit- itulah penilaian kebanyakan guru, di mana pun, terhadap siswanya (Jadi Anda ga sendirian dalam hal ini). Dan seluas itulah pemahaman mereka tentang kecerdasan. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2&lt;br /&gt;Bila kemungkinan kedua yang Anda pilih, maka itu menunjukkan, sebagai guru Anda tidak memiliki pemahaman yang jelas dan tegas tentang kecerdasan. Bila tugas keguruan yang Anda emban bertujuan untuk mencerdaskan siswa, Anda sendiri tidak paham betul apa itu kecerdasan. Anda kebingungan siapa sebenarnya yang cerdas dari siswa-siswa Anda. Tapi ada kabar gembira buat Anda. Anda lebih bagus dari pada pemilih kemungkinan pertama yang mayoritas itu. Anda mungkin sangat bingung, tetapi Anda beruntung tidak menjadi guru yang “mengejek” dan “menghina” siswanya sendiri dengan vonis tidak cerdas. Anda rupanya harus banyak membaca buku untuk membuka cakrawala berpikir Anda. Carilah sebuah buku tentang kecerdasan, kemudian kembalilah untuk memilih dan menjawab pertanyaan dalam tulisan ini. &lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;3&lt;br /&gt;Bila Anda adalah pemilih kemungkinan ketiga, Andalah The Real Teacher bagi siswa-siswa Anda. Anda menganggap semua siswa Anda adalah anak yang cerdas. Kecerdasan menurut Anda adalah sesuatu yang ada pada setiap orang dan bersifat unik. Unik artinya setiap siswa menguasai kecerdasannya sendiri, dan tidak ada yang persis sama dengan yang lainnya. Anda sadar betul bahwa siswa-siswa Anda itu diciptakan oleh Dzat Yang Maha Cerdas, Allah al-Rasyîd. Dan setiap ciptaan Allah pasti mendapat tiupan dari sifat-sifat-Nya. Bukankah sifat kasih sayang ada pada semua makhluk? Bukankah orang yang Anda nilai jahat dan sadis pun tetap memiliki kasih sayang, mungkin kepada anak, isteri, atau pada apa pun. Benar kan? Mengapa? Anda tahu persis jawabannya, karena semua diciptakan oleh Yang Maha Pengasih dan Penyayang, Allah al-Rahmân al-Rahîm. Ya, semua ciptaan Allah pasti mendapat percikan dari sifat-sifat yang dimiliki Allah. Inilah makna manusia sebagai khalifah, wakil Allah di muka bumi ini.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sebagai ciptaan yang Maha Cerdas, Anda memahami bahwa semua siswa Anda telah dikaruniai kecerdasan oleh-Nya. Dengan demikian kecerdasan tidaklah tunggal dan monopoli bagi seseorang. Kecerdasan bisa tampil dalam berbagai bentuk dan wujud. Kecerdasan memiliki banyak wilayah dan ranah. Kecerdasan ada pada diri setiap siswa Anda!!! Sebab hakikat kecerdasan adalah kemampuan seseorang mengaktualkan potensi dirinya untuk membuatnya bisa hidup berarti dan bermakna. Anda sekarang menjadi paham bahwa tugas Anda sebagai guru adalah membantu semua siswa Anda untuk menemukan, membangun, dan mengaktualkan potensi mereka, karena itulah kecerdasan. Bukan memvonis mereka dengan label BODOH. Kecuali bila Anda tertarik untuk beralih profesi menjadi hakim dalam Pengadilan Kecerdasan                          (di dunia mana ya?). &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bila demikian adanya betapa menyenangkan hari-hari Anda mengajar, karena ke kelas manapun Anda masuk, dengan siswa mana pun Anda bertemu, selalu ada kecerdasan yang Anda lihat. Atau setidaknya, selalu ada kecerdasan yang  menantang Anda untuk menemukan dan membacanya. Menyenangkan bukan? Tetapi, Anda mungkin juga akan kebingungan dan kesulitan. Anda merasa sulit ketika siswa yang Anda hadapi ternyata kecerdasannya bukan pada wilayah atau bidang yang Anda ajarkan. Misalnya, Anda mengajar Matematika tetapi kecerdasan siswa itu pada bidang lain. Inilah tantangannnya, dan sekaligus itulah sebenarnya pintu gerbang untuk membuat mereka menyenangi dan menggandrungi mata pelajaran Anda itu. Bagaimana ini bisa dijelaskan?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Umpamakan siswa nomor 6, si F (lihat hal. 1) ada di kelas Anda, dan Anda adalah guru Matematika. Ia adalah siswa yang selalu membawa buku cerpen, komik, atau novel ke dalam kelas. Anda seringkali menegurnya   karena ketahuan membaca buku-buku tersebut saat belajar. Begitu Anda sita buku hariannya, Anda  membaca 10 cerpen yang dia tulis sendiri  dan 20 puisinya yang indah. Kecerdasan apakah yang anak ini miliki? Anda sudah tahu jawabannya kan? Memarahi dan menghukumnya dipastikan tidak akan menyelesaikan masalah, karena ketika itu Anda sebenarnya sedang memarahi kecerdasan seseorang. Padahal seharusnya adalah mengakui, menerima, mengagumi bahkan mendukungnya. Nah, cobalah jurus berikut ini. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Jadikanlah pelajaran Matematika sebagai sumber inspirasi dan ide untuk cerpen dan puisi siswa itu. Cobalah dia suruh membuat cerpen tentang pengalamannya belajar Matematika. Atau suruh dia mengungkapkan sebuah materi Matematika dalam bentuk puisi. Atau Anda juga bisa bercerita tentang Einstein yang memiliki banyak kata-kata puitis, padahal dia adalah seorang Fisikawan yang tentu saja jago Matematika. Atau Anda mengcreate 1001 cara lainnya. Dengan cara seperti ini, besar harapan minat dia belajar Matematika menjadi lebih baik dari sebelumnya. Anda jangan dulu mematok nilai dan membandingkannya dengan siswa lain yang wilayah kecerdasannya memang pada Matematika. Bandingkanlah dia dengan masa lalunya sendiri. Bukankah di bandingkan dengan masa lalunya dalam belajar Matematika, dia sekarang sudah maju beberapa langkah ke depan? &lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Sampai pada titik ini, sangat mungkin dalam benak dan pikiran Anda masih bermunculan kata                        “Ya sih…tetapi kan…”  Bisakah virus “Ya sih,…tetapi kan..” ini hilang?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;(Bersambung….)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
